The Health and Wellness Program was designed to improve our mental, physical, and emotional health through access to wellness resources, counseling, and fitness programs.
Some of the activities covered include the following:

- Nutrition workshops and cooking classes
- Physical fitness programs (e.g., yoga, walking clubs, fitness training)
- Preventative healthcare workshops (e.g., stress management, self-care)
This program is suitable for Individuals facing mental health challenges, chronic illnesses, or those lacking access to affordable health resources.
